Cesar at reception (at night) was extremely helpful and kind when I asked him for help.
Francesca is warm, welcoming and extremely professional, yet friendly.
I also need to mention the housekeepers who are doing a great job and are also efficient, discreet and friendly.
The whole staff is very lovely and I definitely recommend this hotel.

Great service, beautiful view from the ocean front room, beds are ok, clean and newly renovated bathroom. Very helpful personnel, especially Luigi! Breakfast was good, but limited options.
Nice clean rooms .great staff to deal with not much English spoken. but was very helpful ,if you stay here large room with sea view is really big and nice stayed in it one night then Had to change to another room sea view room was small but nice,Had to change because our room had already been booked for the night,place we had rented before we came was awful so we had to find another place,great choice
We intended to stay only one night but in the end we stayed three. The hotel is unique by Its location right in front of tbe beach and promenades. The staff Is very nice helpfhul And friendly especially Roberta the cleaning lady. And delicious breakfast! Yammi . We can happily recommend it.
This hotel has been here since early tourism in finale ligure and there are lots of interesting old photos on the walls. Location is very centrale. Our room had lovely view. Big buffet breakfast with great coffee. Service was very good. Make sure you ask for as many wifi codes as you need as code is just for one person.
